No Carb Superfood Breakfast Porridge


This was my favorite breakfast food to have while on my 30-Day Cleanse and Restore Program. Your health truly manifests itself from the inside out. While a healthy diet, regular exercise, and stress management are self-explanatory foundations of a health-promoting lifestyle, minimizing toxic load can be just as important. The proper functioning of your vital organs and minimizing toxic load can influence your health as much as any other controllable factor. I like to do this gut and toxin cleanse 2 times a year to really give my body a good reset.




While on this cleanse (or not) I love all over this tasty breakfast idea. It it sweetened with stevia or monk fruit; your choice!




What you will need:




  • Nut milk of choice or homemade
  • Hemp hearts
  • Almond flour
  • Unsweetened shredded coconut
  • Flaxseed meal
  • Chia seeds
  • Sea salt
  • Vanilla extract
  • Stevia or Monk Fruit
  • Toppers: blueberries, raspberries, pecans, walnuts, almonds





No Carb Superfood Breakfast Porridge


Ingredients 
  • 1/2 cup Nut milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp Hemp hearts
  • 2 tbsp Almond flour
  • 2 tbsp Unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • pinch Stevia or Monk Fruit
  • 1 tbsp Flaxseed meal
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • Sea salt
  • Toppers: blueberries, raspberries, pecans, walnuts, almonds

Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients except the vanilla to a small saucepan over low heat. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly, about 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla. Serve warm.
